We have finally completed the refurbishment of our gorgeous outdoor pool! We're always looking for ways to make your stay at the Hall better and we know a lot of our lovely guests join us at the Hall specifically for the pool! We found the old pool lost some of it's heat, could be leaky and not accessible for everyone - so we went on a mission to change this!

Introducing the upgrade: new pipework, insulated flooring, low rise built in steps for better accessibility, more shallow meaning much safer for children, an island area to relax and much better for the environment! We just need some good weather now to go with it and hope many sunny days can be spent enjoying this gorgeous area. Watch this space for the new and improved photos coming soon.. in the mean time, check out some fabulous reels on our instagram documenting the hard work and progress of the pool refurb! I'm sure you can agree our guys have done a great job and will be enjoying a well earned dip!

Did you see Langton Hall on TV on Sunday night? Our Director William featured in the hit TV show ‘Rich House, Poor House’ on Channel 5! In the compelling episode, William traded the luxurious Hall for a week with Laura from Wakefield, living a more modest lifestyle.

The show was a really great watch and a valuable experience for both William and Laura. From getting outside in nature and enjoying the wonderful outdoors, to thrill seeking ferrari rides, the two connected over their love of working within the property sector. Laura was able to enjoy Langton Hall in all it's glory - and if you are wanting a sneak peak of what's on offer here at the Hall - I would definitely recommend a watch. Thank you Laura and Channel 5 for such an interesting and beneficial experience - we hope to remain on each other's journeys into the future.

We were over the moon to host the last event of the year for the Ferrari Owner's Club here at the Hall!

The weather was absolutely gorgeous and the day kicked off to a wonderful start as over 50 guests arrived at the Hall in their polished, roaring Ferrari's, ready for the last ride out together of 2023.

After guests had explored Langton and took a tour around the beautiful rose garden and parkland, they were invited to enjoy tea and coffee at the Hall's very own bar, The Three Arches.

After some time spent admiring all of the vehicle's filling the huge driveway, the members set off in convoy for their last ride out to the Bridlington Coast! Of course fish and chips for lunch were obligatory as no seaside trip is complete without.

The locals had a lovely surprise seeing countless Ferrari's driving through the streets on a sunny Autumn day and plenty enjoyed front row seats!

We were honoured to be recently asked by Talos Vehicles to do a photoshoot at the Hall!

Talos are a bespoke luxury vehicle company based in Yorkshire, so it was fantastic to be able to support a local business.

They arrived on the day with their stunning vehicles, including a Talos special edition defencer which most definitely stole the show!

Wow, what a weekend at the hall the coronation was special moments for so many families staying here at Langton Hall over the course of the weekend.

The bunting was up along with other decorations to ensure that everyone knew we were here to celebrate such a momentous occasion in the UK!

Monday was the focus of our parties with the talented musician Ross, bringing his guitar and his amazing voice for a small picnic concert down by our charming waterfall within the parkland of the hall.

The weather did take a turn for the worse and the rain made an appearance however this did not stop us or our guests for long as we moved the party to the heart of Langton Hall and its grand South Wing.

The guests all enjoyed a warm, dry space and the wonderful music whilst looking out at the view of the parkland and rose garden.

This weekend we had the pleasure of welcoming The Driffield Male Voice Choir to Langton Halls' South Wing in order to raise money for a fantastic cause to maintain the Langton Village defibrillator.

With the South Wing log burners lit and the lovely afternoon sunset arriving again upon the parkland at Langton Hall it was a fantastic winters day to welcome over 60 guests to watch the Driffield Male Voice Choir performing, accompanied by the very talented soloist Sarah King on Violin and Elaine King on our very own grand piano...

As we progress in to Autumn here at the hall we understand that a lot of our guests will be looking forward to the cosy nights in front of our lovely log burners and the beautiful sunsets that only seem to keep getting even more glorious here at Langton Hall!

With the end of October fast approaching we have a spooky treat for our guests over the Halloween period..

To finish off the Summer period on a high, William, the owner celebrated his 40th Birthday with a pool party in the afternoon and a dinner party in the evening.

As many of you will know Langton Hall was used as a filming location for the BBC drama, Gentleman Jack Series 2. (If you were unaware please see our earlier news article!)

The filming of Gentleman Jack was no small feat, the South Wing had a huge overhaul in some of the bedrooms and the large dining area where it was further renovated by the BBC team in order to ensure it looked exactly how it would have done in the 1830's.

The renovation and alteration of Langton Hall included ensuring that even the small details were perfected and this article aims to give you a 'behind the scenes' look at the set and renovation...

Last year Langton Hall was proud to host the Ferrari Owners' club meeting which was set in the grounds of the Main Hall and Langton Estate, following the successful initial meeting Langton Hall has now been asked to host this again for 2022!

Can you hear the chimes of the wedding bells all around? Here at Langton Hall we have had a huge number of bookings to help celebrate and accommodate all of our guests' beautiful wedding plans with many getting married at nearby Birdsall Estates..
